How are mediators verified?
Every mediator submits their qualifications and professional accreditations. We verify these documents before anything goes live, and the "Verified" seal never appears automatically.
Will it stay free?
Search and contact will remain free for people in conflict. In time, paid options may exist on the professional side (profile promotion, for example) — never a paywall for contacting a mediator.
How much does a mediation cost?
Fees are set freely by each mediator and displayed on their profile. You pay the mediator directly — TrustAxis takes no commission.
